Open Fleet Sailing

 

  • 3 races are scheduled starting at 1:30 pm on Sundays where no other events are scheduled
    • after July 4th possibly Regatta races will be scored for season dependent on whether make-up races are needed
    • All participants will be notified if this occurs

 

  • All Races will be scored using the Portsmouth Rating Standard

 

  • A possible 27 Open Sailing Races are scheduled for the season

 

  • The season will consist of the best 13 of  20 possible races
    • DNF, DNS and DSQ cannot be discarded

 

  • The High Scoring System will be in effect
    • First place and down = #boats beaten +2  (1st place of 6 = 7, 2nd = 6 etc)
    • DNS = 1. DNF = 2, DSQ = 0

 

 

Fishing Tournament

 

  • Open Fishing at Wolf Lake Only – No set hours

 

  • 3 largest fish caught weekly must be weighed and photographed on-site.  Record all catches then count largest 3 at end of week
    • A camera will be made available on-site for those that do not have a digital camera – please inquire if you need to have access.

 

  • Details to be recorded on the fishing log (weight, length, type if known)
